Substrate Analysis

Before any product is proposed, we identify how your specific material behaves under thermal and chemical stress — fiber composition, blend ratio, and construction all change how a formulation should be built. A recommendation made without this step is a guess wearing a technical data sheet.

Machinery Audit

We align chemical viscosity, reaction time, and dosing against your actual plant infrastructure — not idealized lab conditions. This is the step most suppliers skip, and it's the most common reason a formulation that worked in trial fails at production scale.

Formulation & Scale

Only once substrate and machinery are understood do we formulate — and we validate the formulation's behavior from the 1kg lab trial through to the 1000kg bulk run, rather than assuming linear scale-up. A sample you approve and a batch we ship are not automatically the same thing — this is the step that keeps them that way.
