Ishant brings 14 years of hands-on technical and industry experience to Nython, built well before the company's first day of operation. Today he leads a highly qualified, experienced technical team that brings world-class chemistry to every engagement — from the first requirement to a production batch that holds its specification.

Together, the team leads with diagnosis rather than a product catalogue: a chemical recommendation is only as good as the understanding of the substrate, machinery, and process it's applied to.
